This website is static. There is no contact form, no user account and no first-party analytics script on the pages.

When you open a page, the web server stores ordinary connection data (IP address, time, requested address, user-agent) in server log files as far as needed for operation and security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data are not used for advertising and are not sold to third parties.

Technical operation and hosting: Oliver Bodemer / e-Softworks operates the site as technical operator on their own server (“rushmore”). That produces the server log files above. No further processors and no VisitorTrack are used.

No tracking cookies are set. Technically necessary data of the HTTPS connection arise when the page is fetched.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Requests go to the contacts in the imprint.
